1. High carbon chromium bearing steel
The vast majority of bearing rings and rolling bodies are made with special steel. High carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15 and GCr15SiMn and ZGCr15 and ZGCr15SiMn) are used to make the rings and rolling bodies. The hardness of the parts is as follows:
The rings and rollers made with GCr15 and ZGCr15 are HRc61~65, and the steel ball is HRc62~66.
The rings and rollers made of GCr15SiMn and ZGCr15SiMn materials are HRc60~64, and the steel ball is HRc60~66.
The bearings made of high carbon steel chromium bearing steel are generally applicable to the range of working temperature of -40~130 degrees, and the oil and grease are lubricated normally. It can meet the requirements of general machinery.
High carbon chromium bearing steel bearing parts after high temperature return to fire, the working temperature can be as high as 250 degrees.
2, carburized bearing steel
Using carburizing bearing steel and other manufacturing rings and rolling, its hardness: rings and rolling elements of HRc60~64, generally suitable for the working temperature is -40~140 degrees Celsius, oil and grease, can be used in large impact vibration conditions, such as bearings for locomotive and rolling machine, but the heat treatment process the steel complex.
3. Heat resistant bearing steel
The roller body made of heat-resistant bearing steel has the hardness: the rings and rollers are HRc60~64, and the steel balls are HRc61~65. Under normal lubrication conditions, it is suitable for working temperature of 120~250 degrees Celsius, such as aero engines and gas turbines.
4. Corrosion resistant bearing steel
The corrosion resistance bearing steel is used to make rings and rollers. The hardness is: the rings and rollers shall not be lower than HRc58, and are suitable for corrosive media such as water, nitric acid and chemical reagents. The temperature is -253~350 degrees Celsius.
